Organisational Support

This set of services focuses on preparing users to participate positively during organisational or process changes enabling them to work effectively once implementation has taken place. It consists of the following major elements:

  • Establishing user buy-in and acceptance of the change. This is achieved through education awareness development, team building and communication.
  • Development of user competency programmes which include the training planning, material development, trainer and user training and implementation.
  • Performance management.
  • Organisational design, re-designing job descriptions, skills profiling, roles and responsibilities in accordance with the changes or new functions to be implemented.
